Prior to the Apostille of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Certificate from Ministry of external Affairs (MEA), New Delhi the GMP Certificate must be attested from the Chambers of Commerce in India. It is not mandatory to attest the GMP Certificate from the respective State’s Chambers of Commerce. The GMP Certificate could be attested from any Chambers of Commerce across the India prior to Apostille. The GMP Certificate generally attested from the concerned Chambers of Commerce from where the concerned Company is the Member and registered with. It is also important that the GMP Certificate must be attested from Notary before Apostille from Ministry of External Affairs, (MEA). Please be informed that some HCC Countries further require the Embassy Legalization of the GMP Certificate after the Apostille of the GMP Certificate from Ministry of external Affairs (MEA), New Delhi. The time frame to complete the GMP Certificate Apostille from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), New Delhi could be completed within three working days. But the legalization of the GMP Certificate from the Embassy or Consulate could take some more time and it depends on the concerned Embassy’s or Consulate’s internal policy.
